At Family Psychology of East Cobb, we understand you may feel hesitant to ask for help. You may struggle with the many “should” messages you’ve heard about your life, your ability to cope, your relationships, and your family. We’ve heard those “shoulds”. Although they may have become comfortable, they are not helpful. We welcome the opportunity to work with you to create a more balanced perspective.

We would like to work with you not only to set appropriate goals, but also to help you accomplish those goals and then help you recognize and celebrate your success.

Relationships may be challenging.  Families may be difficult.  Life can be demanding.  We will listen to you without judgment or criticism.

Successful psychotherapy requires a strong and trusting relationship between the psychotherapist and you from the start.  We will work with you to address your concerns through empathy, understanding, encouragement and support.

The mission of Family Psychology of East Cobb is to provide high-quality, effective, collaborative psychotherapy and assessment services to families and individuals by providing new perspectives, challenging old ones, and encouraging healthy ones.
